Naturite Agro Products Ltd Infrastructure

In order to incorporate a wide production process, we have established a sophisticated and state of the art infrastructure that has been classified in to various units and sections. Our production plant has been located 35 km from Hyderabad. With 3.5 acre area of 2500 m² the built up area has been well segregated in to various departments. A heavy duty and consistent 250 KVA contracted power from grid and 100 KVA connected power has been installed for continuous power supply. Completely explosive proof each of our product at the units are powered with 125 KVA power back up, 100 m³ / day with 150 m³ water storage facility.

Plant Capacities

Below is the detailed description about plant capacities:
  • Modules of 5 KL X 4 extractors battery with Condenser, chillers etc. for 1000 Kg charge in each extractor (with total 8000 Kg charge)
  • 1 Module of 1.6 KL X 4 extractors battery with condenser, chillers etc. for 400 Kg charge in each extractor
  • Reactors (0.5 KL to 3 KL – 12 KL capacity)
  • Distillation System (5 KL reboiler with 300 mm column, 10 m Height with rashing rings packing) for the recovery of various solvents
  • Pilot plant with 25 Kg capacities still with extractor and reactor.
  • Filtration systems
  • 2 No. Leaf filters – 100 Ltrs.
  • 8 No. Line filters – 25 Ltrs.
  • 2 No. Nutch filters – 100 Ltrs.
  • 1 Dryer
  • 1 Centrifuge
  • 95%+ Pure Capsaicin Plant – 6 Kg / day.
  • Oleoresin Enrichment facility – 500 Kg / day
  • 2 - Ware housing facility for storage of RM / Products (20 Truck loads capacity)
  • 2 – Drying yards for drying RM for the removal moisture content in season
